Where do you ship?We work with a network of printing partners around the world, which helps us produce orders closer to where they're going whenever possible and keep shipping costs reasonable.We ship throughout Canada, the United States and internationally. Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.How long will my order take?Most products are made to order, so production and delivery times can vary depending on the item and where it's being produced. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.Where's my order?If you've received tracking information, that's the best place to start. If something looks stuck, lost or just plain weird, get in touch and we'll help figure it out.RETURNS & PROBLEMS
Something wrong with your order?If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, get in touch with us and include your order number and a few photos. We’ll work with you and our production partner to get it sorted out.
Because many of our products are made specifically for you, custom and personalized items generally can’t be returned for a change of mind, incorrect sizing or information supplied incorrectly when ordering.

Ask us. We’d much rather answer a question beforehand than have you end up with something you can’t use.

What can you customize?A lot more than shirts. We work with apparel, embroidery, promotional products, signs, decals and a huge range of custom products through our production network.
Can you put my logo on something?
Probably. Send us your logo and tell us what you have in mind. Vector artwork is preferred, but if all you have is a JPG, PNG or even an idea, send it over and we’ll figure out what we can do.
Do you do one off orders?
Yep. Depending on the product and customization method, we can often handle single items, small runs and larger orders.
Can you source something I don't see on the site?
Absolutely. The online shop is only a portion of what we can source. If you're looking for a specific product, brand or idea and don't see it listed, send us a message. With access to thousands of products through our supplier network, there's a good chance we can find it.

Custom work may require approval before production. By supplying artwork or logos, you confirm you have permission to use them.
